주 중(주말, 공휴일 제외) 1-2일 내에 배송받으셨던 주소에서 픽업 가능하도록 접수해 드리며, 담당 CJ대한통운 기사님께서 사전 연락 후 방문합니다. 제품은 처음 받으셨을 때와 최대한 동일한 상태로 배송 간에 손상이나 오염이 없도록 잘 포장해서 CJ대한통운 기사님께 전달 부탁드립니다. CS팀의 반품 상품의 수령 및 검품을 통해 정상 반품 확인 시, 반품 도착 일로 부터 10일 이내에 구매 배송비를 제외한 주문 금액을 환불 처리해 드립니다. (지불수단 및 카드사의 정책에 따라 실제 입금 시기는 상이 할 수 있습니다.)

+ 고객님의 변심으로 인한 교환/반품 요청이 상품을 수령한 날로부터 14일을 경과한 경우
+ 상품을 사용한 흔적, 상품의 가치가 훼손되어 재판매가 불가한 경우
+ 상품을 세탁, 수선한 경우
+ 구매자의 책임있는 사유로 상품의 부속품과 택·라벨, 세트 상품 구성의 일부를 훼손 및 사용, 제거한 경우, 본품 박스 개봉한 경우 (단, 상품 확인을 위하여 선물 포장 등을 훼손한 경우는 제외)
+ 타사 온라인/오프라인 스토어에서 구입한 상품은 슈퍼패스트 자사 온라인몰(supersuperfast.com)에서 교환/반품 불가

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@supersuperfast.com.

Recipient refuses the shipment
It is important to note that the refund amount will excludes the return shipping fee additionally in the case of that the recipient refuses to receive the shipment locally and is returned (by any reasons including refusal to pay the duty and any tax).

In order to protect our customer and this website from e-commerce frauds, transactions are restricted as follows. (The restrictions are may able to update in the future.)

1. Country Restrictions:
+ Rejection of approval of card issued by dangerous country
+ Refusal of approval in case of discrepancy between the country of card issuance and the country of use

2. Trade Restrictions:
+ Maximum number of monthly payments for the same card/same IP: 5 times
+ Maximum approval limit per same card: USD 1,000
+ Maximum approval limit per month for the same card: USD 1,000
* The monthly limit is applied in KRW based on Eximbay's internal fixed exchange rate.

3. Restrictions on corporate card transactions
If the merchant is not engaged in wholesale business for corporations, the inflow of corporate card transactions is considered an abnormal transaction pattern. Therefore, if you wish to lift this restriction, an internal review is required, so please make a separate request via e-mail.
